Questions about Pro

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Plan & billing. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
How much does annual billing save?
Pro is $384 billed once per year, which works out to $32/month. Paying $39 monthly for a year would cost $468.
What counts as an AI generation?
Each pitch, reply, script, deal check, or rate card you create counts as one. Pro is unlimited, with a fair-use limit of 150 a day. Lessons, business records, and saved work don't count.
What is the refund policy?
Canceling stops the next renewal. Payments already made generally aren't refunded unless the law requires it. See the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Is UGC Closer a job board or employer?
No. It's a toolkit for your own UGC business. Brand Discovery lists researched leads, not guaranteed work. Brands hire and pay you directly.
Is the Academy certificate a professional certification?
No. It shows you finished the UGC Academy. It isn't a license or a guarantee of work.
