What counts as a generation?

Each time you generate with Pitch Generator, Scam & Deal Analyzer, Reply Assistant, Rate Card, Video Script Generator, or Video Editing Notes, that's one generation. Adding or editing deals, expenses, clients, payments, and usage-right notes is always free and unlimited. Academy lessons and checks do not use generations; choosing Generate or Analyze inside an AI tool uses your normal allowance.

How does the free trial work?: The Creator monthly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You add a card, get full access for 3 days, and aren't charged until the trial ends — cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Cancel from Settings → Plan & billing. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What is the refund policy?: Canceling stops the next renewal. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, and partial billing periods do not receive automatic credits, except where required by law. Read the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How much do I save with annual?: Annual plans are billed once a year and work out to two months free versus paying monthly — Creator is $16/mo and Pro is $32/mo.
Do generations roll over?: No. Your allowance resets on the first of each month (UTC).
Is UGC Academy a professional certification?: No. Learners who meet the requirements and pass the capstone receive a certificate of course completion in their account. It records an educational milestone; it is not a professional certification, license, employment credential, job placement, or guarantee of replies, income, compliance, or campaign results.
