Overview
UGC Closer sells access to a digital subscription service. There are no physical products to return. This policy explains our trial, cancellation, refund, and billing-error rules and forms part of our Terms of Service.
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation right, cooling-off period, or other consumer remedy that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
Creator monthly trial
The 3-day free trial applies only to the Creator monthly plan when the offer is shown at checkout. A payment method is required. Stripe may validate the payment method, but the first subscription charge is not scheduled until the trial ends.
Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. You normally keep access through the remaining trial period. We do not promise a reminder email, so the trial end shown in the app and at checkout controls.
Canceling a subscription
You can cancel a Stripe-managed subscription from Settings under Plan & billing. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue using paid features until that access period ends.
Deleting the app account does not itself cancel a live Stripe subscription. Cancel billing first so no future subscription charge can occur.
Refund eligibility
Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable. We do not provide automatic refunds, prorated credits, or cash value for unused days, unused generations, partial billing periods, plan downgrades, or canceled annual subscriptions.
A refund or credit granted for a verified billing error or as a one-time exception does not change this policy for future charges.
Duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges
If you believe a charge is duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect, email support@ugccloser.com promptly. Include the email on the account, charge date and amount, and the Stripe receipt or invoice identifier if available. Do not send a full card number, bank login, password, or security code.
We will investigate and make any correction or refund required by law or supported by a verified billing error. You should also contact your payment provider promptly if you believe the payment method was used without authorization.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our plans, checkout flow, or legal obligations change. The new effective date will be posted above, with additional notice when required.
Questions about cancellation, refunds, or billing can be sent to support@ugccloser.com.
